Murray is passionate about helping organisations make the most of their people.

He founded Priestman Associates after too much time spent working with brilliant people who weren’t being led, managed, or inspired to deliver the best work they could.

Murray brings a rare skillset and experience: with deep in-house expertise in senior talent and HR leadership roles, most recently as Global Head of Talent for Macquarie Group Limited, Murray understands the challenges organisations face, and he has a track record of delivering major initiatives and leading high performing teams.

This is coupled with strong global experience in consulting, working with C-suite leaders across a diverse range of sectors and geographies. This consulting background gives Murray a strategic perspective and breadth of experience rarely found in-house.

Murray also has a diverse personal career history, having worked in comedy clubs, as a train driver, and in a range of public and private sector organisations across many different countries. He is an experienced and accredited executive coach.

Lindy Anderson

Lindy is a specialist in health psychology and counselling, with a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology (UCL London). She is passionate about helping clients understand and maximise the potential of their people, with a primary focus on their health and wellbeing.

Lindy works with clients, typically at an individual level, to understand their beliefs and work on interventions to bring about behaviour change. She also has a strong research background, and presents regularly at conferences and advisory boards.

In addition to her role at Priestman Associates, she works with a leading Australian university on their psychology courses. Her background includes both in-house and consultancy roles in Australia and the UK.
